When we give ourselves the permission to sense and feel into our bodies, welcoming whatever shows up we assert our right to be here.

When we bring awareness to our actionsbehavioursthoughtsexperiences and emotions, we create a thread to our authentic self. We remain anchored in an inner knowing that no matter where life takes us we know in some capacity we are here – always able to return home.
