ONE-ON-ONE INNER FLAVOUR EXPLORATION
Our 1:1 session is designed around you – your body, experiences, feelings and personal needs.
Whether you are interested in Yoga, Pilates, Embodied or Somatic Movement, Meditation or Breath Work (or perhaps a mix of them all), through a trauma-informed approach, I have created a safe and inclusive space for you to be yourself and come home to your body.
Whatever has brought you here, we will work together to redefine your relationship to movement. From working with specific mental health concerns or physical ailments, to seeking a deeper relationship with your self or improving physical well-being – we will find the right flavour of movement for you.
