CURIOSITIES, QUESTIONS, AND ANSWERS
What kind of movement do you offer?
My work blends somatic practices, embodied movement through Pilates, Yoga and Functional Movement. Rather than focusing on performance or “getting it right,” I invite you to move with curiosity, presence, and self-trust. Each session is an exploration of what it feels like to be in your body, right here and now.
Can I work with you 1:1?
Yes. I offer limited 1:1 sessions for those seeking a more intimate, tailored experience. These can include embodied movement (Pilates/Yoga), somatic inquiry, or space-holding support. Reach out through the contact form if you’d like to explore this together.
What should I bring to a session?
Anything you need to feel comfortable (blankets, cushions, props), and an open mind. Some classes may include sound, guided prompts, or periods of stillness—feel free to bring headphones, your own mat, or anything you can use to resource yourself.
Do I need experience to join a session?
Not at all. You’re welcome exactly as you are. All offerings are designed to meet you where you are—whether this is your first time exploring movement or you’ve been doing it for years.
What’s your cancellation policy for classes or sessions?
I kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a class or session/48 hours’ notice if you are cancelling a 1:1 session. This helps me open the space to someone else and honour the time and energy I put into holding it. Cancellations made after this window can’t be refunded or transferred.
What is your approach to inclusivity and access?
This is a trauma-aware, consent-led space. I’m committed to creating environments where all bodies, identities, and lived experiences feel welcome and supported. Feedback is always welcome as I continue to learn and grow.
Is it okay if I just observe or take things slowly?
Absolutely. There is no right way to show up here. Simply showing up is welcome. Stillness is welcome. Movement is welcome. Your way is the way.
Do you offer community or low-cost pricing?
Yes. I want our practices to be as accessible as possible. Alongside standard pricing, I offer a community access rate for those who need it. If finances are a barrier, please feel free to reach out. We’ll find something that works for you. You are so welcome here.
What is The Pod?
The Pod is our on-demand video library—a soft, supportive space where you can explore embodied practices in your own time. It’s here to meet you whenever you need a moment of movement, rest, or reconnection.
What is The Boidment Room?
The Bodiment Room is our physical studio space, nestled at 23 Radium Street. It’s a gentle, intentionally held environment where up to four people can gather to explore movement, breath, rest, and reconnection. However you’re showing up, this is your space to land—free from pressure, full of permission, and deeply rooted in embodied care.
How do I join the online community space?
Once you join a class, The Pod, or one of my offerings, you’ll be invited into our private Discord space. It’s a gentle, non-performative place to connect, share, ask questions, and feel supported by others on similar paths.
