My Approach to Movement (Pilates, Yoga, Somatic & Embodied Movement)
I adopt an ‘unconventional’ approach to Movement – I seek to challenge and redefine its dominant narrative. Inclusivity, safety and ‘being human’ underpin the essence of my practice. Recognising that our bodies are shaped by a number of unique experiences, I prioritise creating a safe space where anyone and everyone can feel heard, seen and respected. In doing so, I create an environment that invites trust, vulnerability and rest into your life.
My commitment to challenging the stereotypes of Movement extends beyond rhetoric; they are guiding principles that informs every aspect of my work. In all of my sessions – whether working with 1:1’s, small groups or at events – I blend curiosity, freedom and choice.
Our practice is a testament to the power of connection, compassion, and self-discovery. It is a journey of mutual exploration, where students are invited to embrace their uniqueness, cultivate resilience, and rediscover the joy of being themselves.
I continue to study and evolve through continuous training – I am deeply committed to evolving my understanding to advocate for Movement in a modern and inclusive fashion.

For me, Movement has become so much more than a fitness regime – it is a life-line, an essential tool to help navigate the shadows that hold onto us. I had never thought that Movement would work for my neurodivergent mind, but with patience, compassion and trust, I have opened my mind, body and being up to creativity.
We are all human. Appearance is only surface level – it’s how we see ourselves from within that matters; Movement helped me embody just that and I’m here to show you how…
