VANILLA BEAN
Your weekly treat, where we flow through a sequence composed of movement, meditation, mindfulness & breath awareness. Expect slow & conscious movement, mixed with mindful stretching & ending with restorative yoga poses.
Spice Level: 1
SYRUP PILATES
Beginner Pilates sessions for all bodies. We will move through a 45 minute Pilates class to strengthen & condition the mind-body connection. By drawing our attention to the breath, we will arrive together in the present moment & explore how it feels tune inwards.

- At the end of each class, we check-in with each other, have a chat & reflect
- If anything doesn’t feel right, I will help you figure it out (don’t be afraid to ask!)

Spice Levels
Spice levels determine the intensity of the class, in terms of how much you may sweat and move!
But spice levels are simply guidance, they act as a blueprint for possibility – as with everything in treacle movement, the classes can be adapted according to your own personal practice and feelings that day’
